"Great place to stay"

It was a really nice hotel! They had a nice like store in front to buy snacks and they are conveniently located for late night fast food runs. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows! There was a 100$ saftey deposit (which is probably normal but i wasnt expecting it so oops)

The customer service experience was unsatisfactory. The front desk staff appeared to be uninformed about any situation and there was no manager available to provide assistance. Hadn't been there for almost 2 days. I would not consider staying at this property again...The front desk personnel exhibited unprofessional behavior and displayed a disrespectful attitude during phone conversations; subsequently, she attempted to shift the blame onto someone else when interacting in person. Just horrible experience when already experiencing a hardship due to flooding in my home.
