"Had a comfortable place to sleep. From being in the waiting room at the hospital with my love one."

It was near the hospital where I needed to be.

There were no toilet paper in the bathroom and only 2 towels for 3 people. Asked for toilet paper and towels and still didn’t get any.

"Awakened by the washer and dryer. I never use the wifi."

The bisuits were very had. The gravy was watery, and the sausages were not fresh and over cooked.

No cover over the vent. Shower leaked. then covers on the bed.

"Horrible night. Didn't get any sleep due to bugs and smell."

The two staff members were nice and it was close to where we wanted to be.

The room was very dirty. Dirty stained sheets, toilets had urine & pubic hairs all over it, dusty and smelled bad. Roaches and other bugs crawling around as soon as a light turned on. Had to ask for more towels and clean sheets and they brought sheets but no pillow cases.Had to go buy Clorox wipes and cover the seat to use restroom.
