Quality Inn Ponca City

Location is great. Rooms and facilities are clean and comfortable.

Nothing, I have stayed here before and have never had a bad experience.

Solid foundation

The smell was slightly bad

The place was getting renovated and their advertising online was false. The pictures made the place look nice, but it was far from it. Plus there was no breakfast like advertised.

No hair dryers in room, had issues with the tv and only 2 towels in room.

When we entered the lobby there was no one there. The entire hotel is in the middle of a complete remodel. There was a ring doorbell that finally brought someone to check us in. We were on the 3rd floor at the far end and there were construction workers everywhere. We had to walk thru constructing debris to get up the stairs to our room with it luggage. (no elevators) When we got in the room, we had very little furnishings in the room. No nightstands, no table / chairs. There was a desk under the TV with a funny wood/ metal chair that i had to move beside the need for my cpap. There wad no bed lights/lamps. The TV remote only turned the TV off/on, no volume control or channel changing. There were no bath towels in the bathroom. There were bare wires sticking it out of a hole in the bathroom ceiling. The entire room felt unfinished. Had they advertised it was in a remodel, we would have stayed somewhere else. When we went to check out, the lobby was full of non English speaking construction workers and we got tired of waiting for someone to show up? so we left the lobby. We were just about to drive off when someone came out and asked if we needed anything. When we told her off the issue she said sorry, we should have said something last night. We are tired from golfing all day and then a 3 hour drive. We shouldn't have had to report that many things....

Very happy with the staff and the overall experience.

Clean and cozy

No fridge or microwave. Horrid showers.

They were very patient with me. My daughter had to pay one night at a time of the two nights that were booked, and they worked with us on this issue.

Hot, hot bath water! ❤️‍🩹

Beds were too firm. Pillows too soft.
