It was in the middle of everything, had elevators and was clean and beautiful. The staff was courteous and helpful.

The possibility of not having a parking spot, if we left. We were told parking was first come first serve so if we left we might not find a parking spot.

I liked the location of the place.

Staff wasn’t friendly at check in. I mentioned to the receptionist that I had already done the pre check in prior to coming and with a negative tone she said “well I cannot see that so I still have to ask” There is now a fee to park. I just came with my mom in March and it was free. Also, there was very strong smell of marijuana and cigarettes in the hallways, beds were not comfortable and baseboards were filthy.
