The location

The shower's sewer was broken, and the water was not going at all. The air conditioner was the first human made conditioner and was very very very noisy

Room sliding glass doors!

Awful nasty rude staff! Heavy drug usage smell and Majuara was so, bad coming in I couldn’t breathe and my pet got poisoned very sick from it and died! Staff lied about no smoking policy! I also got very sick from contact second hand smoke high! Got poisoned! They didn’t understand that some marajuana/ crack etc drug s could be laced with fentanyl! They rather keep these types of guests instead of good drug free guests! I would nt recommend for family s to stay here at all! When I complained manager was rude didn’t care! Then told us to leave instead of handling drug situation, druggies! Then refunded a partial refund after all abuse we suffered from! There was no ventilation in room so, it just hung there in room! Parking is awful! They don’t like handicap people I was told as result there going to take handicap parking spots away.
