Cosas buenas: habitaciones amplias, cuenta con wifi, Netflix y cable, está bien ubicado, muy cerca del centro. Contras: no tiene elevador, es una propiedad algo antigua, tiene un aroma peculiar (pero no feo) y la vibra también es diferente (pero no mala), no cuenta con teléfono en la habitación (si quieres algo, hay que bajar a recepción), y no hay agua caliente las 24 HRS (hay que avisar en para que prendan el boiler).

No me gustó que no tiene elevador y en nuestro caso al momento de salir las maletas eran muy pesadas y éramos puras mujeres nos toco bajarlas, además no hicieron el aseo a la habitación

The safe in the room didn't work and the staff didn't know how to get it working. The floor was never cleaned and made my socks black after walking around for a couple minutes. I had no towels, no shampoo, no soap. The shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere causing the floor to become very wet. I was charged 120 pesos to have 2 kg of laundry cleaned. After being told it would only be 60 pesos. My hotel in downtown CDMX charged 30 pesos per kg. The hostess was very strange when I checked out. I gave her the key and she immediately started typing on her phone. I asked her if I needed to do anything else and she said no without looking up. Very strange. Never again.
