Staff was very unfriendly, the front desk attendant was the worst. Checking in the front desk girl was to busy on her ipad, and annoyed that i asked 2 questions. Front loby was unkept and i made the mistake of using the washroom there, it was dirty and had overflowing garbages and smelled horrible. At check out the next morning the same girl at the front deskwas angry that i wanted to return my room key, her only response was to snap her fingers and point to the desk......she wouldn't even speak to us. Felt like we ruined her day by being there.....

Disappointing to have the pool closed and no mention of it through any communication up to, and including, check in. We were also given one bed and a pull out couch rather than the two king beds we had reserved. When we asked after finding our room, I was led to feel as if it would be a problem to find the room we had reserved and used the less than comfortable pull out since it was only one night.

"Overnight stay"

This hotel met our needs for an overnight stop on the way to our final destination. Many places to eat nearby, including a Panera. The pool remains closed, however, we were allowed to use the pool of a sister location which was much appreciated. The room was dated, but clean. Breakfast was okay. The staff were great!

"Clean but still no pool"

This is the second time we've stayed here and the pool wasn't in service. The last time they told us if would be repaired in Jan., 2024. When we returned in June 2024, it was still out of service.

"Disappointed "

I made a quick overnight stop at this facility. The facility was very busy and near full occupancy due to a youth sporting event. This was the first hotel that I have stayed at and was questioned for requesting additional towels. How bizarre 🤔 I wish I knew the team member's motivation. The facility was okay on the entry level but dated on my floor. Better hallway lighting would go a long way. My room was clean, but the bathroom needs maintenance. A portion of the floor creaks and needs attention. The ceiling is in desperate need of repair. It's a sad showing for the Marriott brand.
