Fairfield Inn & Suites Findlay

it was fairly close to the activities i was in town for. only downside was the pool was not open

Everything was top notch! We arrived early and we were able to go ahead and check in. The General Manager was at the desk and could not have been more delightful. Her name was Kaitlin. While checking in we learned that one of our family had been in a small accident. When we checked out the next day, Kaitlin remembered and asked about the well being of that couple. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the hotel was clean and quiet, and breakfast was delicious. For our purposes, the hotel was in a perfect location. We will definitely go back there again.

Friendly staff and for a three star hotel really everything you need - big tv, fridge, coffee machine, plenty of towels, cosy mattress... Very friendly cleaning staff (Tony) who even left a message on the bed - very friendly and unexpected!

Parking had to be paid separately per day but should be included in the US.

I didn't like the confused front desk man who said I needed to pay the taxes after I paid with Expedia. In the morning the girl said I didn't owe any taxes since I used Expedia to book. Just watch my bank for refund if I did get charged.

Definitely not Marriott quality hotel.

Cleanliness

I was charged with at park without asking me if I have a car to park. I was picked up infront of the hotel. I didn’t have the chance to check my invoice before I got home. More over, I was checked in 0145ish, but I was still on the plane. I checked in later after 0800. Furthermore, the AC is full of dust. Not cleaned regularly. I had allergy reaction so I have to turn off the AC which helped.

breakfast was not so great

The front desk staff and the housekeepers were amazing! So nice and accommodating.

Was hoping for a pool but it was not working. Also, wasn’t told of the parking fee.
