The location but as VIP guest its to much orientated rather than looking after loyal guests

Not being able to keeo my room on dont know management team any more. Bezel is very rude and said a very personal compliment if it wasnt fot achmed towel manger I wouldnt return. Keto and IIISALAS were lovely animation out of coordination when doing dail dance. Waste of time programme board out of date. Food gone down hill beef every day

Great stay! Spacious, comfortable room with a lovely view. Hotel is clean, wide, and relaxing with beautiful landscaping. Staff are friendly and welcoming, food is tasty, and the pool and beach are excellent. Highly recommended.

Semmi. Teljesen más volt élőben, mint a képeken.

Mesterségesen szerkesztettek a fotók és a szálloda sokkal rosszabb állapotban van, mint a képeken. A strand nagy része el van kerítve, és csak egy kis szobányi területen lehet fürdeni, ahol zavaros a víz és rengeteg a medúza. Snorkelezni lehetetlen. Az ételkínálat kicsi és egy étkezés után napokig tartó hasmenésünk lett. Egy éjszaka után elhagytuk a szállást és visszatérítést kértünk, melybe beleegyeztek élőben, egy papírt is aláírtak, de most lehetetlen őket elérni és a booking.com-nak nem válaszolnak.
