Stayed for two nights- had only booked one but needed to stay for another night and staff very helpfull with rearrangements. Room clean and staff very professional and helpfull. They arranged taxi on one occasion which arrived promptly the rest of the time i took local bus to lille centre the stop for which is located near hotel. Would stay again.
Personnel très accueillant et professionnel. Le petit déjeuner est varié et les viennoiseries étaient excellentes. La chambre est spacieuse mais la literie est un peu dure.
J'ai été désagréablement surpris de me voir dire, que la réservation n'avait pas été faite par Expedia, mais Expédia avait encaissé le montant de deux nuits. Je trouve cela scandaleux
