Quality Inn & Suites Little Rock West

The guy at the front had the worst attitude I have ever encountered. I proceeded to tell him that I have made a reservation through booking and he told me that I would still have to pay for my room and also pay a an additional incidental fee..?

The worst thing about the property was the guy on call telling me that he was calling the police because I was trying to get the room that I had already paid for through booking.

Was unable to try the breakfast. Service started at 6:30 and I had appointment for lab work at local hospital at 7:00. I was diagnosed with brain and lung cancer in December 2025. I go for treatments every 3 weeks. We liked the friendly staff but only met front desk staff. Hotel was clean and had a pleasant smell. Rooms were clean. I liked that it was near the hospital and had easy access without having to get back on the busy freeway.

Only drawback was location. I was disappointed with how close it was to a couple of seedy cheap motels! And a few nearby places where some of the homeless people hang out.

Clean,friendly staff

Loved the friendly and understanding staff. Amazing coffee and wonderful cleaning ladies and desk staff. Very close in proximity to places and hospital. Affordable, specially when having to add extra nights day by day, they picked the better deals and gave them to us. They were so kind since we had a family member in the ICU and did not know how many days they would be there, so we had to request night by night at the hotel.

If I have to find one thing to say about it would be.... that the vending machines need more restock or options and add bacon as an option to the breakfast, but that is all! Everything was great!
