Staff were lovely and friendly, couldn’t do enough for us.

Very very loud due to World Cup fan zones right outside the hotel. Maybe would have booked alternative accommodation had we know as we had been travelling all day and really needed a good rest.

The decor is old school, but everything seemed clean and it all worked. The location is great for being downtown. Staff were friendly and supportive upon checking in.

The lift was annoying. You could only fit two people with luggage, and maybe another two people. It was slow and took a long time to go up and down however many floors there is. We pre-purchased the accommodation a while back, based on price at the time. We could have saved a fair bit of money had we purchased on the day. Downtown Vancouver is expensive.
