Property Notes

The property next to our hotel is currently under construction. There may be some construction noise heard from the rooms located on the west side of the building. Unfortunately, this work is out of our direct control. For any rate plan including buffet breakfast: the rate includes a voucher redeemable for breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Please note that when breakfast is included in the room rate it is per adult based on double occupancy (voucher for two), any additional guests will be charged for breakfast. Children 11 and under eat free when accompanied by one paying adult. Children 12 and over will be charged as an adult for breakfast. Buffet breakfast service is offered in the dining room each morning.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. It’s convenient.

Missed my message about requesting 2 rooms nearby. They separated us into 2 different floors. They gave out the reason is the guest names are different? But I made the reservation with same booking number through booking.com. I couldn’t understand at all.

Travelled with my family. Kids enjoyed the stay alot. Specially breakfast and a pool was exceptional.

bonjour je n'ai pas eu la chambre que j'avais réservé il mon dit qu'il n'avais pas de réservation a mon nom très déçus,j'ai été obligé de me trouve un autre hôtel a la dernière minute en plus on ma charge le montant de la chambre sur ma carte de crédit 308.00 tout le problème que sa me cause.

Matelas très confortable. Petit déjeuner délicieux.

Le tapis dans la chambre 500 est à changer. La sauveteuse a la piscine surveillait à peine. De jeunes garçons auraient pu se blesser en plongeant dans la spa.
