Property Notes

The property next to our hotel is currently under construction. There may be some construction noise heard from the rooms located on the west side of the building. Unfortunately, this work is out of our direct control. For any rate plan including buffet breakfast: the rate includes a voucher redeemable for breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Please note that when breakfast is included in the room rate it is per adult based on double occupancy (voucher for two), any additional guests will be charged for breakfast. Children 11 and under eat free when accompanied by one paying adult. Children 12 and over will be charged as an adult for breakfast. Buffet breakfast service is offered in the dining room each morning.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. I liked the room and the design and the view

When we got there, we wanted to swim, but they said they changed the water and it's cold now, even though I checked with them before coming and they told me the pool was warm, they didn't mention this. And we couldn't use the swimming pool all of our stay. The room wasn't clean; there was some hair in the bath, and the floor carpet had a lot of stains on it. The coffee machine was very dirty inside and outside. The lamps were dusty. There was no personal kit in the bathroom.
