I like how clean the room was and how smooth check-in was

I did not like that I couldn’t eat my breakfast in my room. I had to like take my food up with napkins and what not because they had glass plates. I feel like you should provide paper plates.

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

I called for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I was told it would be just a few minutes. As they were less than a couple miles away I took them at their word. It was over 100° outside. No one came to get me for about an hour. I called the front desk and no one was answering the phone. No one bothered to call and tell me there was a delay so that I could go inside where it was cool or get a drink of water. A simple call telling me there was an issue would have been better than having me wait outside, not answering my phone calls, and not letting me know what was going on. You should treat your guests as you would like to be treated.

I loved the location because of the proximity to some major shopping. The breakfast was good.

I would have liked to have towel bars in the bathroom and using the iron was cumbersome because it was attached to the ironing board.

Clean rooms, plenty of towels, comfortable bed but there was make up on comforter

The breakfast was great. We were pleasantly surprised.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend if needed.
