"Absolutely awful - would never stay at comfort inn again"

I requested connecting rooms multiple times and called to verify and didn’t get one. Saw cockroach in room Keys constantly stopped working Place is old and dumpy would never stay again

The proximity to restaurants and shopping is great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very basic. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were smaller than standard-sized. For the cost and the location, it was fine for a one-night stay.

For two people, the room was a bit small. Also I requested a room with disability access, and I was expecting the bathroom to have a shower with a bench; instead, the bathroom had grab bars and a foldable bench that had to be moved into the bathtub. That might be difficult for some disabled people. The folding accordion door for the closet is the same EXACT cheap one that I have for one of the doorways at my house. I expect a hotel to use better quality products.
