Architektura, wysokie sufity , drewniana skrzypiąca podło ale też zaskakujące rozwiązania np. wanna w sypialni . Dogodne położenie obiektu.

W apartamencie czystość była tylko powierzchowna. Stare okna nie chroniły przed hałasem z ulicy i jeżdżącymi od wczesnych godzin porannych tramwajami.
