Belstay Milano Linate

Posizione super comoda per prendere l'aereo sopratutto grazie alla navetta gratuita nelle prime ore del mattino. L'hotel è in linea di massima pulito, zona tranquilla. Da apprezzare la bottiglietta d'acqua in stanza ma anche la presenza di un dispenser di acqua nel corridoio con bicchieri annessi.

Eliminerei assolutamente la moquette dal pavimento delle stanze.

Piscina rilassante ma pochi lettini per tutte le persone che soggiornano.

Camera discutibile c’erano insetti ovunque anche nel corridoio del piano e me li sono ritrovati pure nel letto. Televisione non funzionava, doccia piena di calcare, pareti della stanza che avevano bisogno di una tinteggiata e il mini frigo emanava un odore molto forte. Staff non dei migliori in accoglienza (è la seconda volta che soggiorno da loro e volevo dare un’altra possibilità, vista la piscina, ma entrambe le volte lo staff non è stato all’altezza al limite dell’antipatia, a mio parere)

They let us check in early, which was nice as we were coming from an early morning flight and were tired.

On Sundays they sell out the deckchairs by the pool to outside people, so if you are a guest of the hotel, you can sit in the grass at best. We also had a late check out included in our booking, with checkout being listed at 13:00 on booking.com; however at 12:00 we got a call from reception to let us know that check out is at 11:00 and we should leave immediately. We informed them about the late check out and were told that we can stay but until 13:00 the latest. There was no apology about the mistake. Instead we were made to feel like we were in the wrong somehow. One of the ladies in the restaurant also yelled at my husband for passing through it, coming from the pool, without his t-shirt, which was interesting as on the next day there was a shirtless guy in the restaurant and it didn’t seem to be a problem.

Notlösung nachdem der letzte Flug ab Linate gecancelt wurde. Zimmer gut. Leider um 22.45 Uhr nur noch ein Bier im Plastikbecher erhalten.

Struttura ampia comoda e ben organizzata, personale gentile e disponibile.

Clean although the windows needed a good clean. It was comfortable. The outside pool is clean and warm.

The food was poor, there were lots of people ordering food delivery
