Divno mjesto, divan smještaj i još divnije osoblje. Draga Nora i svi koji ste bili tamo i lijepo nas ugostili - hvala vam! ❤️

The ladies at check-in are great!

The hotel room itself is renovated, but it's clear that they didn't pay attention to details. There was some duct tape left on the ceiling, and the bathroom is very noisy; you can hear when the apartments above you flush the toilet, which is not great. The walls were also a bit dirty. ​The dinner included in the reservation was disappointing. We arrived around 8:00 PM and the trays were half-empty, they weren't refilled with fresh food for another 45min, and what was left was cold—which is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. Additionally, drinks are not included with dinner, not even water! ​You can pretty much forget about the hotel parking option. They have very few spaces in the garage and the back street, which is especially tough if you have a bigger or longer car. However, there is a public garage nearby.

Aircon in the room not working, was not informed even at check in. After complaining to the staff about the intense heat in the room, reception merely said a small air blower is already provided and they can’t do anything as it was fully booked. Room was like an oven and luckily another guest decided to shorten their stay and when I complained again, they finally agreed to Change our room. Unfortunately the aircon in the other room turns off every hour and we have to wake up and turn it on hourly throughout the night. The aircon broke down 2 days before our stay and we should have been informed so that we can look for alternatives. Carpet was dirty and there were spiders web at few corners of the room. Bed was uncomfortable and soap dispenser not working.

Dobra lokacija. Predvorje je najbolji dio, lijepo, ugodno, klimatizirano.

Klima nije dobro radila u sobi, izbor hrane je bio minimalan. Ali sve u svemu ok. Za noc, dvije. Skroz okej za ostati.
