Location was great. Less than 10min walk from the nearest train station. Renting a bike from the friendly staff at the hotel. Coffee & tea was available 24hrs Clean.

It’s a bit dated. Usually one of the elevators wasn’t working and at one point both elevators were not working.

Great location and 24/7 water and coffee and tea! Love that the metro is a 2 min walk. Staff fantastic and nice. Had luggage storage

Really nothing

Great location next to Copenhagen Central station, Tivoli, and the meat packaging area where there are loads of bars and restaurants. An ok but quite basic hotel, reasonably priced by Copenhagen standards

The bed had a poor quality coil sprung mattress, partially improved by a topper. TV old with most channels not functional. Would have been nice to able to stream. No air conditioning. Bit of a scramble at breakfast.

Location was very good. Staff was helpful reverting a lost cell phone.

The shower was poorly set up. Water went everywhere.

The room (very small) was smelly and not clean. We got another room which was slightly better. Breakfast was okay. Location is okay as well. But: far too expensive for what you get.

Sehr freundliches Personal, das Zimmer an sich war sauber und schien nicht allzu alt zu sein.

Wie bereits mehrfach beschrieben, war die Dusche einfach sanierungsbedürftig. Bodenfliesen waren gesprungen. Als Ausgleich gab es zwei Getränke aufs Haus. Im Bereich der Rezeption und des Frühstücksraumes war die Decke an einigen Stellen offen - scheinbar nicht erst seit kurzem. Für den Originalpreis bei booking ist der Zustand nicht gut genug!
