J'ai bien aimé le personnel à l'acceuil. Celui au restaurant, un peu moins, en sous-effectif.

La piscine sale, un sparadra dans l'eau. La douche de la piscine/du sauna sale, souillée. Le client qui sort du sauna et fait un show au lieu de se rhabiller dans le vestiaire. Mon porte de chambre quasi impossible à ouvrir. L'absene de toilettes dans ma salle de bain. Des serviettes en papier au restaurant. Tout ça, pas digne du tout d'un 4 étoiles...
