In general, all the staff was amazing and super friendly, except a couple of them (mainly breakfast staff)

Nice hotel on great location, very cute and clean room with a large terrace and sew view, great food: breakfast a varied buffet, lunch and dinner in the restaurant on the beach, friendly staff, I would especially like to thank Dimitris at the reception, he tried very hard to help us with a problem with checing in the ferry, all praise for his persistence and perseverance. We definitely plan to come again and recommmend it to those who want to enjoy in peace and relaxation.

This is certainly not a criticism, but an advice to work on the umbrellas on the beach, because they are made of material that does not protect enough from the sun at all ( they are made of dry straw with large holes). I suggest larger umbrellas with full and strong material so that guests are more protected from the sun. But otherwise I have no complaints.

We stayed here in June and really enjoyed it. Our room was huge, clean and modern. Breakfast was the usual fare. Nothing outstanding. The beach was lovely and very comfy beds. The pool area gets busy but it was June so we were okay for finding beds. The hotel is right outside bus stop 16 which was very convenient but buses do get very busy. All in all, we had a great time. My only criticism would be that the umbrellas on the beach need replacing. They’re very loose raffia which has become baggy over time. No good for sun sensitive people like myself as they do not offer true shade.

Hotel was ok but a little dated for a 5 star. Staff were all good and helpful. They even got a pump to pump up a punctured scooter tyre. The sausages bacon eggs beans tomatoes mushrooms and potatoes were cold every morning no matter what time you went to breakfast. At £250 per night for B and B this is unexceptable.

Sehr schönes Zimmer super Innenarchitekt. Lage war super am Strand und auch viele Restaurant in Gehminuten erreichbar. Gratis Fitnessangebot war sehr gut, leider nur 2x in der Woche.

Der Service war sehr schlecht. An der Beachbar hat es zu viel Plastik was abgegeben wird sei es für Nüsse oder Röhrchen, welche dann auch nochmals in Plastik eingepackt sind. Das Personal an der Bar räumte diesen Müll nicht weg. Autovermietung über das Hotel klappte nicht bzw. warteten mehr als eine Stunde. Kaffe am Morgen kam nicht auch nach mehrmaliger Rklamation und dies fast jeden Morgen. All die erwähnten Mängel wurden in der Mitte unserer Ferien mit dem Manager aufgenommen. Nur der Service am Morgenbüffet d.h. Kaffeebestellung hatte sich danach verbessert. Der Rest war Ihnen wirklich egal.

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel in mid-August, and unfortunately we left quite disappointed. For us, this is not the standard of a 5-star resort, neither in terms of facilities nor service. Rooms & Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi connection is very poor and does not work at all inside the rooms, and there is no mobile data coverage either. This means you are completely disconnected once inside. The rooms themselves are small and only partially renovated. We booked a “Deluxe Family Room” at a higher price, expecting two separate spaces as shown in the photos. In reality, there is an open gap above the door, so there is zero sound insulation. With kids sleeping at different times, it was impossible to have a quiet separation between adults and children. When we raised the issue, the only “solution” offered was to pay an exorbitant extra fee for another room or for the presidential suite. For a supposed 5-star property, this lack of customer care was very disappointing. Facilities: Many areas feel outdated – the gym is tiny and poorly equipped, the kids’ facilities are basic and not well maintained. The pools are also far too small for the size of the resort: essentially one medium pool and one very small one, crowded with children all day, leaving no space for adults to swim. There are no real activities or entertainment, no adult programs, and on the beach there was supposed to be a boat rental but it was closed the entire time. Overall, the resort feels too small and limited to justify its 5-star positioning. Location & Layout: The resort is very enclosed, with just a small beach. There is nothing around it except a busy road, so you cannot go for a walk or explore nearby. This could be acceptable if the resort itself was large and full of activities, but here it is not the case. With a stroller, moving around was also difficult due to steps and poorly designed access to the rooms. Food & Dining: We had half-board, but the rules were confusing and the staff were inconsistent in explaining what was included. Food quality was uneven – some dishes were good, others average, often not hot enough. Definitely not the level expected for the price. Overall, we have stayed in many resorts with our children, and unfortunately this was by far the worst experience. It lacks the comfort, service, and variety you expect from a 5-star resort, especially given the very high prices. I cannot recommend this hotel. It is simply not worth the money.

Struttura rispettosa del territorio nel senso che è caratterizzata da edifici non troppo alti con un bello spazio verde. Molto bella la spiaggia privata. Ottima soluzione il ristorante sulla spiaggia. Colazione buona.

Le tazze in dotazione alla stanza insieme al bollitore è evidente che venivano solo sciacquate in stanza e non sostituite per essere lavate in lavastoviglie: ho trovato per due giorni sull'orlo i residui del caffè da me bevuto il giorno precedente, in strutture di un certo livello mi aspetto di più. Pianificate per tempo le escursioni, io non sono riuscita a farle perché già esaurite
