The family that was running the facility was very nice and very friendly and very helpful. The pricing was better than any other hotels in the immediate area

The first room that we were in all of the locks on the door other than the card lock were broken so I had not a very good feeling of security. the water in the shower was not very hot., and the air conditioner had trouble keeping up. they were very kind to change us to a different room two doors down on the second day. She also set the air conditioner really cold so when I return to my room that evening, it was nice and cool. The beds are very firm the pillows were a little too soft the drain in the second room and the bathtub would not drain well when you took a shower and also the locks on that door were not attached very well and did not work properly once again not having a very secure feeling in your room.. but I think that the housekeeping staff needs to do a better job. I found some open cans of Dr Pepper in the bottom drawer of the main storage dresser under the television and a dirty washcloth in my bathtub. And a very concerning thing was they were having exterior remodeling done and some concrete ramps put in and the emergency exit door at the end of the hall had fresh concrete pour in front of it that had hardened, and you could not get out of that door because it was blocked Which seems to be a fire and safety hazard

The place a was comfortable. It was a nice place and a very good price.

it was a little noisy. I heard doors slamming and people walking around above my room for most of the night.

They were able to accommodate an early checkin for me without any problems

Mediocre breakfast

Bathroom is NOT handicap accessible. Commode is too low, no grab bars in the shower, shower head is fixed and not removable. It is NOT a roll-in shower as advertised. The shower is dangerous for a disabled person. There is no chair in the shower. There is only 2 small benches which are too low. Their seat, without grab bars, is dangerous.

Smell in the room, possibly too much cleaner. Bed was hard. Breakfast could have had a better selection.

It was a restful and comfortable night.
