I had an amazing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome, comfortable, and truly taken care of. The customer service was outstanding — everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The bed was perfect for resting after a long day, and everything in the room worked perfectly. The environment was quiet, relaxing, and peaceful, which made my stay even better. The location is also very convenient, close to everything I needed. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a great atmosphere. The breakfast was good i just wished they had fresh fruits like melon , pineapple canelope: however they did have green apple banana & oranges

Nothing it was perfect

The property is so well situated. There is a gas station, stores, fast food, nearby. And its near the main road so its very accessible. The staff are excellent, very friendly and nice. Breakfast is good too. Not very many varieties but still decent. I also liked that it’s pet friendly!

Everything was so nice and perfect until I hopped in bed. One of the pillows smelt like it’s been recently used by someone who did not washed their head for ages. It has actually unlocked a new fear for me. I’m pretty sure it’s gonna hunt me for the next hotel stays to come. I tried to set that smelly pillow aside and just used the ones that doesn’t smell but the trauma was already there. As the duvet got uncovered there were make up stains and dirt stains on its edges which meant it hasn’t been laundered for a while. Also, you hear the doors banging from the next door, and stomping from the upstairs room. I got quite disappointed as I am very picky with hotel accommodations, i spent a lot of time reading the reviews and a lot were saying its clean but I experienced otherwise. My husband was thinking of staying for another night in connecticut but from what I’ve seen I wasn’t sure I could stay another night coz it wasn’t very pleasant to smell someone else’s stink and dirt on the pillow and duvet. But it’s just me, maybe I’m just too meticulous. I don’t know but im sure I didn’t like the smell. Also, the parking lights were quite dim. I had a fall coz I did not see there was a curb stop and so I tripped. I fell on my knees then hit my head. Luckily I did not get any untoward symptom but scratches and bruises on my forehead, knees and the back of my hand. So please be careful if you ever walk around that area.

The main purpose of booking this hotel was that it advertised heated pool, I called the front desk to confirm it was heated was advised it was always 84 degrees. It was a lie the pool is cold, I had to complain to the front desk, and he said he raised the temperature to 85 it was warm for like 30 minutes and then got cold again. I even went next door to the dollar tree and got a thermometer to see what the temperature of the pool was before he raised the temp, and it read 80 degrees. With small children it is cold for them. I even saw another mother the following morning take her small child wrapped in the towel complaining about how cold it was and he couldn't stay in the pool. The room was okay, for it being new my room ceiling and walls was filled with tape and parts of decorations still hanging from the previous guest. The only really good thing was the breakfast it was good with a lot of variety.
