"Pretty and comfortable accommodation in the most beautiful part of the city"

Great location and really pretty property. The room had a lovely view onto the canal. The staff were friendly and highly accommodating. We even got an early check in despite not requesting for it, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was large and comfortable.

The bath tub could use a slip mat and a better door. It was difficult to keep the water off the floor if you just wanted to take a shower.

"Exceptional location with a professional staff and a good breakfast."

Excellent location. Louise was exceptionally kind to our young daughter. Very professional staff. Good breakfast.

Staff at times felt stuffy, although this is a bit what you expect out of such a hotel.
