The sheets were stained and old. There was a red and brown stuff that came off the floor in the bathroom with a Clorox wipe. The front desk didn’t offer an alternative or solutions. The front desk just stated sorry you have to find something else. Totally unacceptable.

well... It was my only choice. Everything else was booked up for race weekend. Bathroom was dirty. Dirty towel and used shampoo bottle in the shower when we checked in. Towels and washcloths were stained and dingy.

My nonsmoking room came complete with ash tray, plenty of nauseating smoke smell, ashes on the floor… and to make it extra nice, there was feces smeared on the inside of the bathroom door. Absolute disaster do not go
