"We left and went to a different hotel. There was no way we were staying there"

NOTHING!!! Except the front desk lady was soo nice. This hotel was horrible. Filthy. Black mold on a pillar. Bed had so many stains. Stank so bad of cigarettes and I don’t know what. We left and did not stay the night. We are going to try and get our money back.

See above. So bad and dirty and gross. I’m mad at myself for not checking reviews. All the reviews say how bad it is

"Not too horrible, until trying to use ANYTHING in the bathroom."

The manager (I assume) made check in quick, and made sure I knew where my room was.

The bathtub faucet for hot water was completely loose (turned all the way in both directions with no water), and when I did get water to go and steam collected on the roof it was yellow/orange. The toilet itself was also completely loose, wiggled/moved when sat on or even bumped into, to the point my partner fell because of it. The bathroom mirror was also still dirty (splatter spots) and there were still piles of dirt under the sink. The door to the room also felt really insecure, with the safety lock seeming really loose/not secure when "bolting" the door.
