checking in after an event with my disabled husband. Had my bags pulled out of mycar and on the luggage transport.

Room too far away. Had to load suitcases and husband back in my car to drive 100 yards to an elevator then another 150 yds to room. Clerk said they did not received a message about needing an accessible room. None clean. That room had broken air conditioning. Had to move next door for working air. Staff offered no help for 76 year old guests. Not going to Quality Inn again!
