Outdated grungy I think their were people living long term there

A sink in the bathroom not next to the bed.

Nothing except the location was good. Breakfast was really bad and took some work to find hidden in the basement. Elevators didn't work and I don't think it had in a long time. Hot tub was boarded over. And after 2 full days I finely got them to put a working tv in my room.

I had to run up and down the stairs to the desk repeatedly because the phone wouldn't call the desk. I ask 3 times before they finally looked at my tv, then they decided they would switch it out the next day.

One of the best things is that there is a Walmart right across the street, which is super convenient. The heater worked really well, no issues, the TV worked great, the room was clean and the workers were helpful and pleasant. Nothing beats the price too.

I could hear the room next door snoring, when we got to our room we opened the door and it was not cleaned the bed sheets were in a pile on the bed. Towels are like sandpaper and the room was freezing When we got there.

I was unable to stay at this hotel. Upon check in, my room was damp and had musty/moldy smell, had water marks on the ceiling and was ice cold at 42 degrees on the room thermostat. I did not stay and had to find another hotel. I was charged, but not refunded for this room.
