Ramada by Wyndham Groton Mystic

Very disappointing stay overall. The hotel looks completely different in person than it does in the pictures online. From the outside it seems acceptable, but inside the property felt extremely old, poorly maintained, and neglected. There were damaged walls, ceilings in bad condition, carpet coming loose in several areas creating a tripping hazard, and a strong unpleasant smell in the pool area that was very difficult to tolerate. The breakfast was also very poor. I also did not feel the situation involving my service dog was handled professionally or with much understanding, which was especially disappointing. The overall atmosphere of the hotel honestly felt uncomfortable and poorly maintained. I normally do not like leaving negative reviews, but I believe future guests deserve an honest description of the experience before booking.

This property is terrible. Never stay there no matter the what the cost. they never answer the phone at front desk and they are rude. We could not shower as the shower was broken. No water. There we holes in the roof. Buckets in the hallway. The kitchen is dirty and only plates are paper oys def not fit for purpose. Avoid this place,

Always a pleasure staying here and I come quite often. The breakfast is good and the crew there is amazing/always welcoming. I will be returning again!

The price was right and it was in a convenient location. The rooms were OK.

The breakfast was a joke! The omelettes seemed like they were old and stale, same with the sausages. Both had hard spots on them, the staff wasn’t very pleasant. Please kind of looks rundown.
