Ramada by Wyndham Lake Placid

MY EXPERIENCE WAS AMAZING!!! ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES AT THE RAMADA HOTEL WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND COURTEOUS!!!

Bathroom smelled like urine and the drains backed up. The air conditioner rattled all night. I woke up at least six times.

Very clean , safe , big parking lot

Very good value, would rent again.

The actual room was great. The lady at the front desk, charged my card 2 times and after showing her where she charged me twice, she denied charging me for a 1 night stay twice.

Check in was easy room smelled extremely bad of musty mildew smell and there was ALOT of black mold in the bathroom and closet. I kept my stay as this was holiday time and I basically only wanted a place to sleep as I was away during the day visiting relatives. I never walked anywhere in the room without my shoes on as it was just gross.

Don't stay here hotel messed up gave me a room that was occupied by someone else did not know it was the other person who was assigned to room came in when myself and dogs were sleeping wanted to start a fit apologized to them but they were angry and I would be also if someone else was sleeping in my room. Employee who checked me in was crying and upset and apologized manager called cops on me saying I stole someone else room very bad place avoid this place how do you throw out someone who paid for a room on Christmas shameful resort don't stay here unless you want to sleep in parking lot
