This hotel would be desirable even in a sophisticated city

The overnight desk clerk was not present either of the two mornings I left at five a m. There was a little sign on the desk that said stepped out briefly. We'll be back soon on one of the mornings the door to the free 24 hour coffee machine was locked.

The bar and restaurant were both closed with no customer notification. Would have been nice to have access to cocktails.
