We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the architecture and wooden trim of the beautiful old home. The room was nicely appointed but very hot.

Temperature control in the room wasn’t working. It was very hot so we left the windows open all night.

Loved the clean rooms and history of the building Staff that checked us in to our room was friendly , helpful and made it an inviting and good experience.

The room was very cold. Heaters stopped working during middle of the night. The lady staff that checked us out when leaving was not very nice. Didn’t ask us how our stay was, didn’t even look up at us to speak, and very unfriendly. After receiving our receipt I said thank you and have a good day and I got absolutely NO response from her. We as guests were just ignored by the front desk staff when leaving. Unfortunately I will not be returning in the future due to the bad experience with checkout staff lady. Did not catch her name but lady with very long dark black hair with bangs.

Location

Old, run down Room was not good, extremely old, side box springs exposed, stains on. High humidity in room and hotel. Felt damp and clammy . Horrible front staff, no one cared at all. Dinner was definitely not worth the price, worst Cesar Salad ever. I would NOT recommend, staying at this once beautiful hotel.
