"Jistota s dobrou polohou."

Vracíme se do Imperialu vždy, kdyz navštívíme Ostravu. Jsou tady pozorní, vše je čisté, snídaně opravdu výborné a večer v restauraci ochotně připraví i po 21. hodině neco malého.

Raňajky boli výborné, veľmi veľký výber jedla. Hotel je priamo v centre. Ochotný a milý personál. Izby čisté a priestranné, aj keď by sa zišlo investovať do obnovy kúpeľne a výmeny aspoň TV. Na izbe je k dispozícii minerálka zdarma a po uprataní izby nás čakalo malé prekvapenie, mali sme prichystané zopár bonbónov a jabĺčko, co fakt milo potešilo.

Excelentní snídaně, prostorný pokoj, poloha v centru, dobré vybavení, check out time ve 12 hodin

Nelíbilo se nám že pokojská se dožadovala opuštění pokoje již před jedenáctou hodinou.
