Lovely hotel and great facilities

The bed was far too soft for our liking

A/C was poor

Room clean, liked the large shower and complimentary ‘this works’ hand wash etc . Loved the free brita filter water on landing.

Very noisy. Our room -208- although on the second floor was above the atrium/ reception/mezzanine area and we were woken up by loud talking for a good half hour twice on both nights. Room we paid extra for a king. Our daughter had a double (room 216) Her room was just as spacious,bed looked as big, had a better river view (we overlooked back of building) and was brighter/ lighter. Cannot see how the extra we paid was in any way worth it. We stayed two nights. My daughter’s room was cleaned on the second day. Ours wasn’t. Couldn’t be explained. Not happy.

Hotel was stunning. Room was cosy and clean. Breakfast was buffet style and everything cooked well

It’s a nice hotel - I’ve stayed there before.

The room I had was small, a view over a building site and located over heating or air con machinery that hummed all night. For £170 (without breakfast) I’d have expected better.
