Location was good

Limited parking, no supply of bottled water, had to walk to a water station, carafe in the room had a chip in it, cleaning staff wasn’t very friendly, Raffa on reception was brilliant

"Great location for Aviva and a really nice hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful."

Breakfast was great. I should have asked for a cafetière rather than the machine coffee and I should have asked for a poached egg. Good choice otherwise.
