It is not handicap friendly. No elevator Parking lot has handicap parking and a ramp from lot to sidewalk but steps to go into the building.

Bed was comfortable, air conditioning was cold.

We ordered a disabilities room and they put us upstairs. No elevator. That made it difficult for us to get to our room. There was a non working hot tub in the room. The shower didn't drain properly, so you stood in 3 inches of water while showering. Lighting was terrible, making us question the cleanliness. Television was very small. Room needed a lot of physical maintenance.
