Comfort Inn Piketon near Fairgrounds

Not bad. About what you might expect.

It was a total disappointment. Dirty and run down.

A great, central location for all of us to meet. We loved the outdoor pool area and joining rooms.

The outdoor pool was advertised as heated and was freezing cold. The first shift desk attendant ignored me the first 10 minutes I was standing there. The 2nd shift woman SCREAMED at us for being in the pool area too late even though we were told we just had to be out of the pool. Not once but TWICE housekeepers and front desk workers came into our room while we were sleeping and trying to get ready between 8 and 10am on the day of check out. This property lacks basic customer service and hospitality .

GROSS- somebody was sleeping in the common area - guest maybe but probably not .

Not the best stay. It was OK. I slept on the chair, regret. Rooms dated and not that clean. Breakfast was over at 9 and we missed.

Quiet rooms,we go to bed 10 ish. Great pool, more of a business hotel than a crazy kid hotel- it seemed. Beautiful, clean pool.

Had a family emergency, which caused me to have to stay somewhere and this hotel was the right price and conveniently located. They heard about my situation and really went over backwards to make sure that I was taken care of. Definitely would recommend this hotel!

Manager dropped entire pack of napkins on the floor then proceeded to pick them up and put them on the counter in the breakfast area with the other napkins. When called out about it, she proceeded to try to justify it. After calling the customer a liar, she finally removed the napkins and threw them away. She then said if you think I'm dirty, I am also the one cooking the food. We then got up, threw out the breakfast we were eating, and left. Yuck!!! Also ants on the bathroom floor in our room.
