Nice bed, small room, don’t pay for a breakfast, not worth it. Very complicated food; no toast or basic breakfast all fancy! Definitely not worth paying ahead for it. Great location and quiet!

Poor service for a hotel. No room service. Staff is not ready to go above and beyond to help clients. Always need to go down to the lobby to get help, they wont come up to your room To deliver something if its missing. Lots of noise, and beds are not comfortable. Had a very bad sleep when I stayed there. Rooms are not setup for professional travellers to work. Wifi is not even secured.

The beginning of our stay was sadly marred by construction to the front entrance of the hotel. Our room was right at the front beside the construction. We were woken up at 7am when construction started and it went most of the day. The noise and vibration was loud. We spoke to the staff and our second day was much better. They didn't start the work until later in the morning. Staff are amazing. Room was spotless. Public spaces are comfortable and the morning coffee was fantastic. Location was perfect for Blue Jays games, restaurants, public transit and ultimately the UP train to the airport. Would stay again!
