We appreciated being able to check in early upon arrival, which was helpful after traveling. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town, and the room offered sufficient amenities and overall comfort.

The cleanliness of the room did not fully meet expectations. The bathroom, particularly the shower area, had visible black hairs and appeared insufficiently cleaned. The room also had a slightly musty smell upon arrival, and we needed to air it out. Finally, the mini fridge door did not close properly. While we did not use it, this is something that should be checked and repaired for future guests.

The room was very good, but it was very cold and the staff brought me a heater. The location is excellent as it is walking distance to the lovely old town and quite close to two tram stops. The breakfasts were outstanding, with a wide variety.

the hotel was good, but getting there from the station is not easy - I was overcharged by a taxi and heard at the hotel that there is meant to be a set rate. None of the windows could open.

Ausstattung in die Kahre gekommen, Klimanlage nur tagsüber verfügbar und auf Sparflamme, Dusche mit schwachem Wasserstrahl, Ablauf in derDusche läuft schlecht ab. Frühstück durchschnittlich.

Locatie en mooie kamers. Ontbijtbuffet was ook heel uitgebreid.

De ontvangsr bij de receptie is wat onpersoonlijk. Niet echt welkom heten en nier echt oprecht geïnteresseerd. We bleken per kamer een borg van 50 euro te moeten betalen wat nergens stond vermeld. Bij factuur staat deze ook niet apart genoemd dus nu maar vanuit gaan dat deze terug wordt gestort.

We waren er met het gezin. Heel aangenaam verblijf, heel vriendelijk. Enige minpunt was dat we lang moest wachten in de bar tegen dat er iemand kwam naar ons om te vragen wat we moesten drinken nochtans was het niet druk. Heel goed ontbijt maar de eitjes waren wel koud wel jammer.
