The PRICE .was..ridiculous. No bottle water, or anything. The floor was dirty.

Size of the rooms, value, and the staff were incredible!

Our key cards deactivated after dinner and we had to get them reactivated. They said it happens all of the time so certainly an inconvenience that could be addressed.

Beautiful old hotel. Very quiet and cozy. Extra large room. Very clean.

The valet could use some extra help during checkout hour. I had to wait quite a while for my vehicle.

hands down one of my most favorite visits to asheville. already planning to rebook this hotel. great location and close to parking deck if you're not into valet.

If you're someone who has traveled all day, has to get up for meetings or needs to be asleep before midnight, this is not the hotel or block for you. The Haywood Park Hotel has a bar that BLASTS giant speakers on the street all night, with terrible singing. It was 20degrees outside, not a soul on the patio or street and they have a live feed from inside the bar blasting on the street. If you can get a room on the first floor it may not be as bad, but as you go higher the sound is LOUDER as it bounces off of neighboring buildings. Honestly the City of Asheville really should re-evaluate the ability to randomly blast music to empty sidewalks. I felt like I was staying in a trashy karaoke bar. Its like this place is desperately trying to be cool but instead ruined the vibe of everything that was lovely for blocks. This place is an "ear sore" in a wonderful area of a town.
