Ramada by Wyndham Wisconsin Dells

The room was very clean and well kept. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast had a nice variety and was kept well-stocked.

When I needed to check out, it was a bit difficult to find a staff person to help me. I had rung the bell at the desk and waited, but no-one arrived. Being I had stayed a couple of days, I had seen staff previously restocking the breakfast, or folding the laundry, etc., so looked in those areas for assistance, as well, but no staff were there. I returned to the desk and rang the bell again, and after a considerable amount of time, a staff member did arrive to help me check out. Just was more time than really should have been necessary.

The ONLY good thing was that our kids are not tuned in to how horrible guest services can be. They enjoyed being able to go swimming for a short while, so their happiness in those moments was good. That's the only good thing. One staff member was trying VERY hard to make people happy, laugh, etc. To some, though, even that came off as rude and obnoxious. At least there were restaurants nearby but even they were packed and unreasonably priced.

The woman on night shift was horrible. First thing we noticed upon checking into our room was a disgusting toilet, unflushed. Started the whole stay off on a bad foot. Woman was like a hawk watching us, very unprofessional in her actions.

Good comfortable stay. Clean, good breakfast. Professional staff. Hardworking, even though short staffed. Good whirlpool and pool. Plenty of parking. Seemed safe and secure. Good powerful shower.

Forgot to mention toilet kept running, had to jiggle handle and. no facial tissue.
