Great location with parking on site - quiet and peaceful but close to the old town of Hernani and to the station for easy access to San Sebastián. Spotlessly clean and very friendly helpful host.

Jon is a friendly warm host. We were late after a day-trip and missed picking up milk etc for the night from the store. Messaged and asked him if he is awake and if we could buy a pack of milk and coffee for the night from his personal supplies at home. He was coincidentally awake and was kind enough to not only respond but stopped by to hand over milk carton and coffee and did not take any payment for the same, Apartment is compact and clean and well furnished for small group (upto 3-4).

Superb apartment and lovely hosts, nothing too much trouble to help us during our stay. Easy to reach San Sebastián by public transport. Free private parking outside apartments.

A bit of a climb to the bars and restaurants in the main town, but we got used to it!

It was our second visit. Our first visit was a few years ago, but when we came now, the apartment was still like new and very clean. The host was also very kind. We came from Paris and we arrived very late at night, almost midnight, but they were very accommodating.

The bed was hard and the pillow was not comfortable. The kithcen didn’t have water boiler.

Loved the location just being down the hill from the old town and also so close to the train into San Sebastián
