The staff are phenomenal particularly Lily. Super helpful- go above and beyond to help out. The location is awesome and convenient and the apartment is super clean and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable

Die Mitarbeitenden waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Lage hervorragend.

Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, aber keine Möglichkeit die gewaschene Wäsche aufzuhängen. Die Fenster dämpfen die Geräusche vom Restaurant/der Straße nicht so gut.

A perfect central location with a very warm welcome. The apartment is fully equipped, clean and comfortable but it's the staff that really made the difference especially Lily who just couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was amazing. Having the restaurant onsite is also a bonus and we enjoyed several fantastic meals.

Nothing, even when the hailstorm flooded through the restaurant awning the staff reacted swiftly and calmly to move those affected and make them comfortable again.

Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment. Das Personal war von Anfang an sehr herzlich, aufmerksam und ausgesprochen kinderfreundlich. Am Anreisetag bekamen wir noch Infos zur Anreise und Tipps für die nächsten Tage. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt um Sirmione zu Fuß zu erkunden. Unsere Highlights waren eine halbstündige Bootsfahrt um Sirmione, der Besuch des Jamaica Beach und das Abendessen im Restaurant San Lorenzo. Einen Spielplatz gibt es gleich ums Eck.
