The staff is not so accommodating.

Why

The 1st room was dirty and was not stocked with enough wash cloths. There were no bath towels, just hand towels. The faucet was broken. The night manager provided another room, but refused to provide more wash cloths and towels. The breakfast was ABSOLUTELY horrible and EXTREMELY limited. The ONLY thing available to eat was banana nut muffins. The orange juice and apple juice had black residue floating in it. There were also roaches.

Heat doesn’t work. Very cold

Subject: Urgent: Room Issues and Request for Compensation Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding our recent stay at your property. Throughout our visit, we were relocated five times due to various issues, which significantly impacted our experience. • Our initial room, [Room 222], had a severe roach infestation in the bathroom and on the floor. • The next three rooms we were moved to did not have working heat. Instead of ensuring the issue was resolved, we were continuously moved in hopes of finding a functional room. • We were eventually placed in Room 231 on our second day, but only after considerable inconvenience. Despite the lack of urgency shown in addressing these issues, I remained patient and composed. However, I believe the circumstances warrant appropriate compensation for the disruptions

Great customer service

The place is ok. Clean sheets and towels. Not a fancy place but it's ok for a couple of nights stay.

the employee was not helpful at all. they refused use of gym onsite. light doesn't work in room . electrical plug is a hazard cause its hanging out of wall. if you plug something in to outlet it falls right out. only one outlet in the room. The use of a plug extension on tv, refrigerator together is a hazrd. tub looked as if it had not been fully cleaned with stains in it. Bed linen had cigarette holes in it when i asked for a non smoking room as preference. wasnt given the bed i asked for when i paid online was changed upon arrival. would not recommend or stay again

If your looking for a basic clean place to sleep this is it. Area was a little sketchy, breakfast was muffins and juice. No frills but a decent night’s sleep.

They was so unprofessional only cared about the money roaches everywhere their so disrespectful never going back to expansive but the conditions is so poor
