We received a room that was not clean. Soda bottles everywhere, trash not changed. dirty washcloths in the bathroom, Pubic hair on the bathtub and toilet. No soap or shampoo. Did not receive room service on day two either. The beds were super hard ( Good if you like that, I don’t )
