"Accueil médiocre "

Le point noir, l'accueil. L'hôtesse était hautaine. On la dérangeait dans son papotage avec une collègue. Faut-il lui rappeler qu'elle n'est a l'accueil que d'un B&B de bord de gare?

"Situation idéale, chambre moyenne"

Points positifs : - bonne situation de l’hôtel par rapport à la salle de concert l’Arena, - très bonne literie, - bonne propreté Points négatifs : - chambre plus qu’exigu, on a du mal à tourner autour du lit. - salle de bain minuscule, - Parking de l’hôtel qui est en réalité un parking public donc, à payer en plus. - VMC faisant le bruit d’un moteur toute la nuit.

Chambre double petite sans collation rien ni même brosses à dent. Une serviette était sale (tâche marron dessus). Accueil neutre. Pas de bouteille d'eau ni de fontaine, ils vendent de l'eau Vittel a 4€... La salle de bain est ridiculement petite et est partagée avec les toilettes. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais attention à l'affluence car la salle est très petite...
