Hotel was near the train station- an advantage. The room was tiny, filthy rug, pealing paint, sheet didnt fit the mattresses.

"Great location next to train station"

I spent one overnight when travelling by train from Paris to do the champagne tour in Reims. The hotel is within sight of the rain station and within sight of the tour pick up location. Plus, they let me leave my bags until after the champagne tour. Hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable and safe. Staff was very accommodating.

"Good hotel for traveling throughout the region"

The location of the hotel is fantastic. It's next to the train station so buses and trains for traveling throughout the region are at your doorstep. The lobby is nice and vibrant in the evening. The rooms are clean and serviceable.

"Service Training Needed"

Arrived at 2200 checked in, asked if any food available, reception said yes, counter staff no, didnt really help, just try train station next door asked about a gluten free breakfast - sorry we have nothing decided not to spent £10 on cup of coffee
