"My forgotten item was never found, despite being reported just hours after checkout"

The room was enough for short stay.

Personal belongings seem to disappear faster than the housekeeping team can find them. I reported a forgotten shirt within hours of departure and was told nothing had been found. Check your room very carefully before checking out.
