Great location with easy commute to Pier 66.

Lack of Staff.

Very basic hotel. Alot of stuff weren't working light bulbs and toilet faucet. Very noisy corridors and street.

Do not stay here. The hotel is a dump, the amenities are non-functional and the staff are liars. I booked a stay here and when I arrived the air conditioning was not working. The hotel knew days in advance that the AC would be shut off, yet did not inform guests to give them the chance to cancel without penalty, nor were we informed upon check-in. When I realized there was no AC on an 80 degree day, I changed hotels and spoke to the front desk staff who assured me I would get a full refund. A few days later I was charged the full room amount, and then they offered to refund me 40% for the 'inconvenience'. When I told them they owed me a full refund and that the front desk staff had promised me that, their response was 'since you checked in, there's no full refund'. The hotel deliberately lied to guests, waited until they checked in, and then slammed us with ridiculous fees. Dishonest business practices & fraudulent behavior. Avoid at all costs. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Close to pikes market

No air condition. Not good for handicap people. Too many stairs. No parking lot in the building.

Didn't eat breakfast. Location was good.

AC in room didn't work. Asked to change room, denied. Feel that I should have been told prior to checking in. Checked out 2 days early.

There was no breakfast offered. This place was a complete joke. My friends and I will NEVER stay there again.

There's a lot for them to do for improvement.

Clean

No one told us when we booked the air conditioner was being changed over. They offered 2 small fans and very little compensation. Out of the 729.00 I received 76.00. We stayed 3 nights
